Despite a national slump in lead volume for the solar industry, ReVision’s residential team remained busy all year.
On the install side, we broke Project Readiness records and had a record number of 1-day installs. We saw technology prices drop, experienced no supply chain issues, and are now installing primarily American-made solar panels.
We continue to experience issues with utility relations and interconnection times, and various state policy changes, firecode regulations, and rebate changes continue to impact our customers and employee-owners.

Despite utility interconnection delays and significant regulatory changes forcing us to downsize our future Maine projects, we exceeded our budgeted revenue for solar in 2024. Materials pricing continues to drop, while we continue to experience utility difficulties with interconnection time and costs.
We installed our largest projects to date and expanded our teams, including creating a dedicated Community Solar Farms team to focus on land development and community solar initiatives.

We successfully re-structured our Service Division in 2023 by separating commercial and residential service. This has created a solid foundation for strong teams in both subdivisions as well as procurement and billing supporting both of those. We have hired fantastic managers and built out leadership across the department.
As our region feels the impacts of the climate crisis with more extreme weather events, our service teams are kept busy with systems impacted by physical damage and overall harsher conditions.
